Mend it and z-man baits

Featured Replies

No. Melting with heat and pushing them together doesn't work well either. Best way to join/repair that I've found is the Locktite gel super glue and less is best. I've tried several glues and super glues, this does the best job for me.

Just don't mix anything with z-man baits lol... They last so long I never even think about repairing them... Senkos on the other hand..

I don't think I've ever caught enough fish on one to wear out a Zman plastic before I lose it. Maybe worn out a half Zinker on a Ned rig a time or two, but by the time they're that torn up I just retire them and figure I've more than gotten my monies worth.

They melt together very easily with a lighter.

Yes you can use mend it with Z Man baits, it just doesn't work nearly as well as with standard soft baits.
