cabelas rods?

I don't know, but the Tourney XT is good.  I have the frog model. The reviews on the Tourney Trail look good enough.

I don't know about now, but I bought a Cabelas Tourney Trail 2-piece MH 6'6" baitcast rod 15 years ago to put in the trunk for a trip to Florida and that rod has been and is still an incredible rod.  It is super light and really comfortable to fish with for long periods.

Very good rods. They are under rated though, a medium heavy fishes like a heavy etc.

Completely agree with all the above.  I bought a Tourney Trail/Pflueger spinning combo from them quite a few years ago.  I've had a number or rods and reels come and go since, but they are still in regular rotation.  Mine is listed as 7'MMF, but as @d-camarenasaid, it fishes heavier than that.

I got 2 tourney trail rods,a 6ft. light and a 6'6" med.heavy. Great rods for the money. Bought both on sale which makes them an even better deal IMO.
