Can you contact the manufacturer and find out what they suggest?

Or call a Bass Pro Shop service department and get their input?

Or go to an independent boat repair shop and find out what they would do?

I would hate to see you start to sink while out fishing.

And what caused the cracks?  Old age?  Did you hit something?  The reason may have an impact on the best way to make the repairs in an affordable manner.

They ran the bolts through the hull for the seat pedestals?   ;D

Good grief.

As long as you can get the JB's Weld to adhere to the aluminum, you should be fine.

Keep an eye on it though, as I've seen the stuff just lose it's stick and fall right off.

As for the seats bolted to the hull, get some good underwater sealant and seal both sides.

what do yall think of liquid nail for the bolts?

i'll try to get some pic's of it tomarow so yall can see it. it's pretty nice for free. ;D

Define "cracks"

Length, location, cause. Are rivets involved?

Pics are best.

Lots of ways to repair aluminum, fill us in and we'll steer you towards your best option.

Bolts are the best replacement for bolts.  Liquid nails is a construction material.  Not a marine product.

I think going to a metal fab shop / welding outfit would be a good idea. Just have em through some nice beads across the crack. Although i could see this causing more cracks if the integrity of the mtal around it isnt crap.

JB Weld is awesome stuff.  So is silacone.  One of those two should do the trick.
