whats resolution? where and how do you mount the transducer? whats the def. in two sonars and one?

i got a 12 ft flat bottom aluminun boat and want to put a fish finder on it. but dont want to spend alot. what do yall think of the (eagle cuda 128) or (eagle cuda 168) whats the diference in the two? do they come with what need set it up? and how do you set it up?

i got the boat today it was gave to me. it looks like the j-b weld is going to work on the crack's. but where the seat's are someone put bolts true it to hold the seat's down i think and i think thats going to leak.

i put j-b weld on them i think this worked but is there any kind of pretty cheap sealer paint i could put on it just paint the whole botom
