hey guys was just wondering if this charger is ok to use for my optima bluetop? if not what kind of charger should i be looking to purchase

I am not familiar with the battery charger pictured.

Optimum Marine blue top 34M should be under $230 and availble everywhere. 

AGM's can be over charged damaging the case and plates, 10 amp automatic shut off chargers are a choice, IMO.

$230 american is 1 million canadian dollars, not really but it feels like it lol

 

think im definitely not gonna cheap out and get a decent charger
