Bass tracker 165 need help

T5dMH3T.jpgHey guys,

I took my cover off my boat after four days of rain and there was a huge puddle in the middle of my boat.  The drains were filled with water and when I turned the bilge on I heard a little splutter and some water came out, but all of it was not drained.  I am assuming something is clogged, but I do not know how to go about fixing the clog.  I think I attached the photo to give you guys a better idea of what I am talking about.  Thank you for any help.

Take your drain plug out and crank the trailer up.. it should all drain out.

I would've freaked too. You can't remember everything. That's what these guys are here for! I pick up my first boat Monday and am just waiting for all these odd questions to ask. ?

If your going to keep the boat outside leave the drain plug out with the trailer high in the front, this way it will drain right out.. Just remember to put the plug back in when you take it to the water LOL !

I live in Jersey and all the lakes within 45 minutes of me are electric only, so it has been interesting getting the boat on the trailer with a rope or using the trolling motor only.  Every time out on the water has been a learning experience.  I have had so many random things go wrong, but most minuscule and looking back they are all hilarious and the good times outweigh the bad 100%.

If only it were that easy!  Minnesota made it mandatory law two years ago that your drain plug must be removed before leaving the access and it must stay removed until you get back.
