So what's the good, the bad and the ugly on this braid?

It's really great stuff. Trust me, if anyone knows good fishing line, it's me...

It's a 4 carrier braid, and it acts as such. Hence why they market it for flipping and frogging. 

Is it JUST for frogging and flipping or can it be used as normal braided line would be?

Best braid I've ever used.  What do you mean by "used as normal braided line would be?"  To me, flipping and frogging is the braid norm.

A frog is a topwater... I flip my jigs...

It will certainly work for other top water baits but remember, the lightest it comes in is 50lb.  That wouldn't be the greatest for small spooks or poppers but it'd be fine for buzzbaits, ploppers, etc.  It also works great with jigs.  I too flip jigs most of the time but I also have a rod with #50 FX2 I use for dock skipping and pitching. 

Okay, yup that is what I wanted to know. If I get this line it would be 50lb. for frogs, jigs and larger topwaters like Whopper Plopper 130's, MS Mini Slammers, Spro BBZ1 Rat and Savage Gear Suicide Duck etc.

I use it on my flippin and pitching setups, fantastic line! It is loud running through the guides, but that's personally not an issue.

FX2 is SUPER durable braid, but I found it to be incredibly rough and relatively large in diameter.  Ti recoil guide users may want to opt for a smoother, 8 carrier braid.  Otherwise it's awesome though.  Really tough stuff!  

I had some and I swear it sinks. The blue/green pattern is awesome though.

Great line! Use the 50 for buzzbaits and soft body frogs and the 60 for hollow body frogs and flipping/punching!
