I purchased an Abu Garcia Revo MGX (new) in May 2017, i bearly use it, but  it is starting to have problems, the reel handle suddenly turns heavy when i rotate my hand to the left in order to make to walk the dog, with the rel handle pointing upwards, thats one, the other is that i have 1 orra sx, 2 revo sx and 1 revo stx and all cast farther than the MGX, i already tried defferent lures, settings, rods etc.. with no different results, any idea?

just curious but why are you trying to walk the dog with your reel instead of the rod? and how exactly are you doing that?

I do it with the rod but i turn my hand o the handle points upwards

okay but you are going to have to turn the handle to pick up slack it wont always be pointing upwards
