So for the first time ever I ordered a rod through Tacklewarehouse.  I just received it today and discovered TWO great things about buying a rod from them.  First, the rod.  I got a 7'6" Powell Inferno and it's awesome.  I'm really going to like this rod.  The second awesome thing is the huge 8ft heavy duty cardboard tube that they ship the rods in!  This has allowed me to point it at my wife and yell "RIIIICOOOOOLLLLAAAAAAA!!!!!" into it over and over!  Awesome!

Yep. Tackle Warehouse does a great job with their shipping.

Good call on that.  Almost set mine out for recycling but thought the better of it and kept it.  

Let's add a couple more positive points, free shipping on that awesome cardboard tube, and a free sticker! I have the tube in the garage, it's big enough to put 3 rods in if I was planning on traveling somewhere.

Oh man, I spent so much that I got a free sticker and a free t-shirt.  My wife said that I better wear that t-shirt every day for a year considering how much it cost...for free.
