how to fish a rubber worm

Featured Replies

Welcome to the site.....

There are a good number of ways to fish a worm....

I like to fish it weightless, texas rigged around downed tress.

welcome to the site, you will learn alot. I like to rig them anyway  but normal something different  that the fish have not seen. Wacky style or texas rig with a small nail in the tail. ;)

Please go to the Home page and read the articles for beginners.  There is a world of information there.

Just start with the basic texas rig.  All you gotta do is flop it out, let it sink and bounce it up off the bottom and few inches and repeat.  Then watch the bow in your line.  When ever the line starts to straighten out or twitch take out the slack and slam the hook.  This is the most basic way and you can get fancy with it but for now just start with this simple method until you get the hang of it.  Good luck!
