Finesse jig recommendations?

I would like to get some finesse jigs with a 2/0-3/0 fine wire hook, fibre guard and a reasonably pointed nosed stand up head. 3/16-1/4oz. Any ideas?

    Fishing skirts. com has a 3/16oz head that meets your requirements. Even though I make 100's of jigheads a year I still buy these.  Light weight with a 1/16" weedguard that I pair with fine cut silicone tabs for the skirt.

    My favorite finesse jigs are the Greenfish Itty Bitty jigs.

    I use the bitsy bug jigs and the bitsy flip jigs.
