Re: Depth Finder

EAGLE FISHMARK 320.  Or if you have the money, go with the 480.  When I searched for mine, I had similar requirements, and everyone led me straight toward that one.  And I LOVE it.  Best bang for the buck IMHO.

I second the Eagle FishMark 320.  If you live near a Dick's Sporting Goods this unit is onsale for $130.

This unit is very beginner friendly.  You can install it and turn it on and it will just work right out of the box.  The manual does a great job of explaining all the extra features you can fiddle with.

Installation directions are included in the manual.

BTW, Eagle allows you download fish finder simulators.  Now that's cool!

I used to own an Eagle Fishmark 320, and also agree that it's a great unit.

I've never stopped to count all the Lowrance/Eagle sounders that I've owned,

but have never been disappointed by any of their products, which I can't say about Humminbird.

(I'm currently using the "Lowrance x135").
