I have a Abu verita 6 ft 9in mh. I believe it’s fast action what would this be best suited for?

It's pretty multi purpose. I've used mine for worms, jigs, spinner baits, chatter baits, square bills, senkos, top water walking baits, jerk baits, flukes, etc. Even frogging in places with overhanging trees when bank fishing since it's a little shorter than the conventional 7ft+ rods.

Jig and worm. 

If it's a MH/F, I own a 2014 model and use it for anything except deep diving baits and really light lures.  

Would it be good for jerkbaits or not really? Does anyone every use crankbait rods fiberglass for jerkbaits

While not ideal, it would work fine for larger JBs. That is a good rod to "keep in the truck", It will work great with spinnerbaits, lipless, chatters, buzzbaits, and jigs, and will do in a pinch for most other things. smaller baits and cranking not so much.

I have the same rod. I find that it is a bit stiff (heavy) for throwing crankbaits such as squarebills and jerk baits. I find it difficult to get much casting distance or accuracy with an overhead cast with these type of baits. I do however occasionally throw these baits with this rod since this is the rod I keep in my truck. I am able to somewhat compensate for the stiffness by making sidearm casts.

 

It works well for heavier baits such as jigs, Texas rigs, swing heads and heavier spinner baits.

I had a Powell.deisel glass, crank and jerk bait rod and I regret selling it, glass is a good choice for jerkbaits depending on the action of the rod.
