J Lee Comeback Jigs

Featured Replies

I just picked up 3 of these jigs today and out of the pack the skirt seems ridiculously long. These are my first living rubber jigs and I didn't know if they were supposed to be that long or cut.

Seems nuts to make them with skirts that are intended to be trimmed.  (Although I get that you might want to trim them depending on the application).

The living rubber jigs I have also have long skirts. It's so they can really ploom out once hitting the bottom. Great cold water bait. If u don't want that big ploom presentation go w a silicone skirted jig but I wouldn't trim the living rubber.
