I just had one installed in my Stratos Fish and Ski.  What a difference maker, more boat control and no need to visit the Chiropractor after 10 hours on the water.  What are your thoughts?

I had one put in a couple of years ago.  It is some of the  best money I have spent for comfort and boat control.

What happens to the water that collects in it?

I would suggest that you not use the tray for storing stuff and watch for stuff getting in it.  I just pulled everything out of my boat to install a new transducer in the bilge.  You wouldn't believe the stuff that was down there and the only way in is through the Flat Foot drain. :

That looks like the one they installed in my boat.  I used it for the 2nd time last night and it is so much better.

sodasker if your thinking about getting one,install it yourself it is so easy to install and there is really no snags you can run into. i did my own and it came out great.
