Hello. Does anyone have any experience with the Daiwa Laguna casting rods? I recently purchased one from DSG to go with a recently purchased Daiwa fuego ct. It is a 7' mhf that I plan on using for general t-rig use. It was only $40 so i know i cant expect too much, but it seemed like a nice rod.

I've got a 6'6" M/F that I use for small topwater poppers and such.  It's a decent rod for its price, but wouldn't be at the top of my list for a bottom contact rod.  

The cheaper Daiwa rods usually fish well above their price points.

 

I have seen this rod as low as $18 on sale at DSG and Cabelas during the holiday season.
