1/2 to 3/4 oz drop-shot weight, EWG Hook, Texas rigged in the pads or openings in the milfoil.  Braid with fluoro leader.  $150-250 range.  Ideas?  Thx

The same rod you fish similar weight jigs or t rigs with will work fine.

Which one of these might be best for this:

•Daiwa Tatula 8’-0” Heavy Fast

•St. Croix Avid X 7’-4” Heavy Fast

•Kistler Helium 7’-1” MH XF

I can only vouch for the avid.

I like the AvidX but find it a little on the heavy/tip heavy side.  Any knowledge of the Legend Tournament Bass 7’-6” MH “Lite Pitchin/Flippin?”  Wondering if that would be a little less tip heavy than the AvidX, or better balanced and have the right sensitivity/power for power-shotting?
