It takes me sometimes 3 or 4 hours to figure out what the bass want and where they are holding is this considered normal amount of time to figure it out or am I slacking?

Than  I say to myself why couldn't I figure this out earlier ,than it seems to change again, I guess it's just the nature of our sport.

Usually I figure them out about an hour before I have to be back at the launch......that can be annoying. 

At least you guys figure 'em out...

Normal amount of time is as long as it takes!

 

Some days it's easy...some days ya get a lot of practice casting!

 

That's why it's called fishing & not catching!

The other day took a friend out fishing first time in a few months I fished with someone else and I was a mess I was having problems hooking the fish,gear issues,couldn't figure out any pattern I was just throwing baits not fishing,it's weird when I'm by myself I fish so much better.
