Garmin CHIRP 73cv

Featured Replies

On sunny days, this unit is just about useless. Is there any kinda shield,  to get to allow the fisherman to see and read what's on the screen. Very frustrating, especially at the price of this.

I just got the Echomap CHIRP 73cv and had no problems with it on default settings in sunny conditions. Maybe you have a defective backlight. I would call Garmin support to get help with the unit.

Same here, same advice

My striker had this issue. I had to turn it to 100 to see.
