I got a small club event on St. Claire next weekend June 24. I have never fished this lake this early everytime I fish it it is mid to late fall. I'm assuming drop shot and ned rig because they'll be deeper in the summer heat. Am I wrong? What else should I take into consideration?

    im not help but  24lbs+ for first and 22lbs for second in the c4b american opener

    The big ones are biting.  Suprised by the Flw weights.  Buddy and I won sunday with 24.38

    Lot of dropshots and spybaits thrown in the FLW TX.  They had massive weights.  No big weather changes since then so they ought to still be chewing.  Wish I could get back up there.
