I'm a looking and I'm a liking  8-)

looks great, i did the same thing to my grandfather's jon boat about a year ago, alot of blood, sweat and tears were put into that thing. we put new everything in that boat, but it turned out awesome.good job on your boat re-do :)

Looks like a new boat Dave!!!

Gravy- the carpet can be bought at Lowes.  It's cheap and is applied with 3m 99 spray glue and stainless staples.  Basic upholstery skills are required.  Very easy.

The carpet I got at lowes it was like $70 for a 20 ft roll I used 3m 77 but I didnt know any better it worked great I dont know about the durrability and for my 14 ftr it took every bit of two cans probally would have been better if I would have used three. The 3m 99 is about $15 a can and the 3m 77 is $11 or $12. I didnt use all the carpet I had about 3ft left. Like LBH said it was really easy it took me so long because of my work schedule. I think the hole thing might have cost 250 to 300 thats seats and all.

Looks awesome! Now lets see it in the water with a fish hanging off the side! :)

One of the hatches open would be great. I am wondering how to get the proper support for under the hatches with say people standing on them. I am slowly (after owning the boat for almost a year) getting my plan together.

I kept the front two benchs in the boat and ran 2 by 3's between them for support for the front deck.

Yea they helped, sorry took so long to respond. This message board software hates me, I basicly have to reset my password every day and sometimes I still can't log in lol.

That's usually something simple like "disabling" a pop up blocker.  Post your situation in "Everything else" and I'm sure you'll find the "fix"

Okay I ripped all the old carpet up.

the plywood is still in pretty good shape i plan on reusing it 8-)
