USCG max cap, am I reading this right?

My boat, a 2018 Lund Rebel 1600 SS says the max capacity is 5 persons or 780 lbs followed by 1225 lbs person, motor and gear.

 

Is the 1225 including the weight of the boat? Im trying to figure out how much weight I had for adding a trolling motor. It’s wired for 12v but every thing I read seems that you want to go 24v or more.

    No, it's for persons, motor, and gear.

    It usually includes anything added to the hull/boat after it came out of the mold
