Anyone have any fishing reports from Norman? Planning my first trip down there this weekend and was wanting to know all I can before I get there. 

I spent a weekend out there last week. Didn’t have to much luck with big bass although I caught a lot of small (12-13 inch) ones. I was having some luck with flukes around the rocks and shakey heads under docks. Like I said though, didn’t have a keeper all day. 

Is the lake always as rough as it was this past weekend?  I thought my boat was going to break in half. 

all depends on the wind. it shouldn’t be bad this weekend, gonna cool off a bunch. got some heavy rain coming in Wednesday and Thursday. the weekend can be tough on Norman. i usually put in at first light and fish til the cruisers and wake boarders show up. deeper docks, rocks, and secondary points have been producing for me, but nothing big. good luck
