I bought one yesterday.  Feels good, light, seems to balance well with my Alphas, but haven't fished it yet.  Can anyone give me some thoughts on them?  Now finding much in  the archives.

I was very interested in them well when I first saw them on TW. Looking forward to hearing what you think of it in the future and from others. What model did you get and how’s the build quality?

I got 6'9" MHF casting rid.  I haven't done a close-up inspection yet, but what I have checked out looks good.

I have the Maverick 8' H fast swimbait rod. I absolutely love it. If the swimbait bite is slower than it's "normal" slow, I tie a big jig on and never miss a beat.

Which series did you get and have you had a chance to use it yet? Looking at the Defiant series 6’9” MH/F for jigs and t rigs and skipping.

I got the Defiant series.  I like it for t-rigs so far, but haven't had a lot of chance to use it yet.

Okay I decided on a different rod anyway, found out Kistler still had there 21% off sale going on. Helium 3 for $221? Sign me up. 

Newbie here. Just bought the Spiralite Defiant class Mod. SDC76MMF. I have not put it to work yet that will change today, Anyway I had a DUCE Saltwater Spiral wrap before I like my new one a lot better. Even untried I am thinking of getting a second rod from the Maverick series.
