Looks like BASS is listening to the elites who stuck around. What are your thoughts on this?

I think it's great since that seems to be what the anglers wanted. It gives more guys a chance to make a move into the top 10 and more value on their money spent traveling to these tournaments. More than anything though it shows BASS is listening to their anglers, which not doing in the past is a large part of what caused the mass exodus to begin with.

B.A.S.S. ignored FLW in the early 80's when several top pro's bailed out to join FLW circuit. B.A.S.S. ignored MLF for 2 of the 1st 3 years until they realized the new format was about to win over 75% of thier top Elite anglers, too late.

Now the anglers can make demands B.A.S.S. wouldn't consider a year ago, if they don't they may not servive as a major tournament organization. I may out live my lifetime membership!
