The last few years Ive switched to Lew's baitcasters and love them. I love the Lfs series reels. I got a new Johnny Morris Patriot 7 MH FAST for Christmas and I'm looking to pair it with the Lew's. Any feedback by guys who own one would be appreciated .

These just came out so I don't think too many people have used them. They look nice though! It's replaced the Tournament Pro G in the Lews lineup this year. 

Was hoping some of the southern boys have bought some and used them.

I have one however it is my first baitcaster and I have not had much time to fish it. I did manage to catch 3 decent (to me) largemouth this fall in a span of about 30 minutes throwing a 1/2oz jackhammer and those are all i've caught on it so far. I've thrown whopper plopper 75's and the jackhammer on it. Like I said not much water time yet but I am happy with it. Reels smooth, drag is smooth, adjusting it is easy, feels great in my hand, light, looks good to me. Not very helpful but thought i'd respond.
