Hey all. Any help on these park ponds? Im new to the area. Tried El Dorado in Long Beach amd was skunked. Any bass fishing advice would be great.

    Welcome to BR. 

    Unfortunately you live in an area with few public lakes open to bass fishing.

    The closest is Lake Irvine that is closed. Laguna Nigel lake I am not sure about the status. 

    Try going to Anglers Marine, they have a good selection of bass lures and the staff is very knowledgeable regarding local lakes.

    tri city is not bad. there are bass in there, you just have to work it. there are actually crappie in there as well that are decent sized. i've hit a few throwing swimbaits in there.
