Just wondering if anyone has tried the Berkley X5 braid line yet.

    Not yet.  Hopefully it is an improvement over their other braided line offerings.  Personally I like PowerPro, Sufix 832, and Seaguar's versions.

    Yep, I,m with you on the Sufix 832 and the PowerPro, I,ve used Berkleys mono before and liked it. But the previous Berkley braid I was,nt very fond of. I did,nt want to spend the cash out for something they did,nt improve on.
