Alternative to plastisol

Featured Replies

I'm interested in making my own soft baits and I'm conscious of the consumption warnings (in every state) with tainted freshwater fish.  Looking for an alternative to plastisol to make my baits and not contribute to the problem.   I've seen some formulas using gelatin, Arabic or xanthan gum,  and makers starting to use materials like ElaZtech (proprietary), etc.

Does anyone have a formula that they're using that works?  All help is appreciated.

There is a more environmentally friendly formula out there but I do not know who sells it other that Hagen's fish.
