I looked at some of the better tackle sites and see this reel is sold out or on backorder.

 

I checked EBay and there are a lot listed for sale. Many are "make offer". I also see some are coming from China. Are they counterfeiting these reels?

 

 

 

 

Mostly in stock at American Legacy Fishing. I wouldn't buy a higher priced item like this from a China Ebay seller.

I'm not sure where you're looking, but TW seems to be about the only place that doesn't have them in stock.

I wouldn't buy anything like a reel from China. I'm just curious that some shops have lots them and wondered if they are actually Shimano or copies. .

 

I did check Tackle Warehouse and FishUSA today and they are backordered.  

 

I will check the other sites you guys provided.
