Hi, do I just bought a boat for the 1st time. My question is there something I need to clean the outside of the boat with, do I have to put some kind of wax on it?

    Is the boat made of wood, fiberglass, or aluminum.  Different techniques for different boats.

    Not that I have ever used it but I had a friend who first polished up his tin boat (it was crazy bright mirror finish) and then used this:
