What is the difference between the Abu Revo Winch gens?

Details please. 

I think the new one has full floating spool too. 

The reason I’m asking I can get a excellent condition almost new gen 2 REVO winch for about $80. What you think?

Can someone tell me if it is a good deal please?

If I remember that’s about 1/2 of what the sold for new so if it’s 9 mechanically and cosmetically I’d say that’s good. 

It is at lest a 9-9.5 cosmetically and 10  mechanically.

Gen 1 Revo Winch was blue, had a standard centrifugal braking system.   Gen 2 Revo Winch, also blue, upgraded the braking system to what was called pitch centrifugal braking.  Had a standard pin brakes and spring loaded brakes also.  Some were labeled PITCH on the brake adjustment.  Gen 3 Revo Winch, black,  was a dual braking system.   Gen 4 you can read about.
