Project Healing Waters or Wounded Warriors Project

Featured Replies

Does anyone in or around the Eastern Shore Maryland area know of any groups such as Project Healing Waters who are taking PTSD & DAV Vets out fishing? I'm trying to get a chapter in the Cecil County MD PPVA area & need some contacts to get the ball rolling.

I would expand to thinking about Fisher House. There’s 3 locations in Maryland. Maybe they’d like to help with the fundraising or marketing/promotion aspect.

I know it’s a different way of helping vets by helping cut costs of travel expenses. Free lodging for hospital visits, things like that.
