Everstart Maxx Marine Battery

Featured Replies

So I went to Wal-Mart today to exchange my battery because somehow my negative wing nut welded itself to the post. The battery still worked but I couldn't tighten down on my trolling motor connector. So I have had my battery for 20 months and the Maxx Marine has a 18 month free replacement warranty. Becuase I was two months out of warranty I only got a grand total of $12.00 off my replacement battery. I was kind of ticked. I'm just ranting.

That is the way prorated batteries work, unfortunately.

Keeping those wind nuts tight with pliers should keep that problem from happening again.

The battery problem was my fault I think I got a cross arc somehow with my jon boat. I guess $65.00 isn't that bad.
