On vacation In fairly remote Canada. I ran my oil tank low and after filling I had to fill my remote tank. I then proceeded to drop the cap in the lake. Anybody know what size it is or a way to rig it up short term? 

Aluminum foil shaped over the fill spout secured by wire wrapped and twisted tight.  Was the cap vented?  If so make a small vent hole in the foil.
