DRENCHED!

Featured Replies

7/10/2019. Launched at 2 a.m. and left right before the sun popped up. Not sure what the air temp was, but the graph said the water temp was 81. I was sweating the water out faster than I could drink it, the humidity was bad! Nothing on the frog and only 3, 1-2 lbers on a wake bait before losing it because I was too lazy to retie a nicked line. They say it will get up to a 100 today. (not including heat index) I may forego the outing tomorrow and hang out at the pool.

I see why you'd prefer to fish at night, after things have cooled down.

Past couple of nights were nice, mid 60s and 74 this morning. NWS says we have a heat dome settling over us for the next week, guess I'll give the fishing a break for awhile.
