I found this lure at a flea market recently and need help with identifying. Lure is plastic and measures 3” long. Thanks

    Looks like that Menda(sp?) Fishing Lure that floated around for a bit about 10 years ago. Simulates a dying minnow.

    It's some type of trolling lure for salmon.
