It is easy to tell the difference. Invizx is much more supple.

I’ve been bouncing back and forth between both of those lines and I would not wager much if any money on my ability to pick one from the other.

  • *Typically - the more sensitive and lower stretch  the FC line is  , the more memory you are likely to encounter . InvizX has more stretch thus it is less sensitive than Sniper FC . InvizX is fine for

  • never had an issue /w sniper having bad memory but put some line conditioner on it and it will work itself out.

I also use 16lb Sniper for t-rigs, and it's been pretty great.   I do spray some KVD line conditioner on it every few trips tho. But I'm not sure it needs it.

Strange. This is THE Flouro that finally got me to start using Flouro regularly because of how well its handles. I actually used the 16# almost exclusively on a 3.5 day trip to Mexico last year with incredible results.

I spooled up my jig rod with 15 pound invizX and you are right it is very "supple" for being 15 pound line, and so far I haven't noticed how it is not very "abrasion resistant" despite what other people say, and I have drug it through a lot of trees in the past week and over some rock.

Agreed.  It is great line.  I flip with 17 and 20 lb with no issues.

Invizx has more stretch and is much more supple. Sniper is more abrasion resistant and has more memory. I can tell personally but it's almost all I use.

I have only used Sniper up to 12lb and there and below I cannot tell much of a difference.  I just scored a lot of 200y spools of various poundages of Sniper off of ebay so I can see if I have a preference with thicker lines.

Honestly, Shooter has set the bar for “non-supple” so high that maybe I am not noticing the finer differences.

Guess I wasn’t that lucky lol

Good to hear. I was considering stepping up to 20 in the future.
