Old Tom Mann's Pogo...believe there was the Pogo 911 and the Pogo Shad. Think that one was the former.

It does look like the Mann's Pogo shad and very well may be, thats the same end. The Pogo shad I remember didn't have a lip, but they probably made one.

 

I was thinking Cotton Cordell because of the black dot near the head which they often put on alot of there lures. I am sure a few companies made baits similar to the Mann's.  I think Norman also made one.....

 

Its an old school Rapala Rip stop....

I thought it looked like a Rip Stop. They came in an old Shimano Jerkbait box.

Turns out, there was a Pogo Minnow also. Look at the ear tab and the unique hunchback right behind the head.

Threw one today on the Great Miami.
