Hey all.

Finally getting into bass fishing hardcore here in Terrebonne Parish. I currently have a small one man skiff I use for fly fishing, but Im working on getting a Gheenoe soon to use for bass fishing as well as my flats fishing.

Anyone else around here fish around Terrebonne/Lafourche/St Mary parishes? Wanting to learn more about techniques you all use around here.

We do have members who fish marshes & tidal waters all across south Louisiana.

I'm not terribly far.  I bass fish mostly out of Delacroix, occasionally I'll go around Des Allemands.

I fish the Bayou Black area quite a bit. I've had the most luck on texas rigged plastics, spinnerbaits, swim jigs.

Try Cataouatche one time and it was good shallow and clear
