Sorry my post wasn't clear. I am looking at buying this boat. If everything checks out i'm thinking of offering 1500. Is that a good price for this boat if everything works correctly.

Buy it.  The motor and trailer alone are worth $1500.

you should water test all boats before you buy them. you can also look at the trailer with the boat unloaded as well.
