Email them back and tell them that will be great, you've got a business trip next week and will be in Vegas several days. You will be in your truck so you can have the cash and pick it up there.

Make them keep coming up with the lies.

The car is stored at a shipping company in Las Vegas, Nevada. I took the car to them to be able to ship it to a potential buyer whilst I'm out of town. My brother in law works there, and he promised me that it will cost me nothing to ship it in the US. I also have the car  listed on eBay View item and that lets me use their secured system. I'm very busy with my job and I'm sorry I can't meet you in person. According to eBay you have 5 days from the time you receive the car to inspect it and decide if you want to keep it or not.

So if you really want it press Buy it now on eBay on eBay and after complete the  payment  let me to know your full name and full shipping address to send my car . After you get the car you have 5 days to test and if you decide to keep it eBay will release money to me if NOT they will refund your money and the shipping company will take the car back on my expense and keep it until I find a new buyer.

Sure would be nice if you could turn this over to the internet cops and have them get the scammer but I tried that once and they really didn't care.  Said it was too difficult to track the actual person down and a lot of times they would be from out of the country.

That was about two years ago, maybe they've gotten better at it now.
