 Can I fish  the Penna, river bank of Tinicum Park in the section that is now open to Penna. residents ?  I am a N J 83 year old. The 2 states used to allow a resident to fish either side of the river.

    from shore, you'd need a pa non res license. As for in a boat, you can have a nj one, free over 70 I believe to residents

    They still do.  You can fish from the shore on the PA side of the Delaware with a NJ license and I can fish from the shore the NJ side with my PA license.  You just have to follow the limits and seasons for the state you're fishing in.
