Moving the hinge from the side to the front. Boxing the center for storage.

Gotcha. Looks like you have some purchase for a regular piano hinge to sit/attach to.

 

If you plan on using rivets I strongly suggest using stainless and NOT aluminum. Alternatively, use nuts and bolts. I suggest against screws.

 

Are you lookin for the specific hinge pictured or just a piano hinge in general?
