First cast of the day, what did I snag here? Is this some sort of tadpole? If so I would have thought something like that would not have been out deep.

That's a booger

It's a bullfrog tadpole. Another few days he'd have legs. 

I've seen a ton of bullfrog tadpoles this year. Going to be a bumper crop of frog legs next couple years.
