I had to order a few parts, so called Daiwa customer service. The person I talked with was incredibly helpful and friendly.

I received my shipment tracking 3hrs after the call. My first time dealing with them.

    I had a guide break on a rod and they sent a replacement with no questions asked.

     

    I have also e-nailed them a couple times with questions/suggestions and they have always promptly replied. 
     

    I am a fan.
