dual pro charger issue

Featured Replies

I have a dual pro charger two bank onboard charger and when I plug in the extension cord, the indicator lights on the outside aren't working but the lights on the charger itself in my boat are working.  Is this a problem?  Whats going on with it?

I'm confused.  The lights of the outside of what?  My DualPro has LEDs the can be viewed through a window in the unit, but that's all.

You must have the accessory battery status indicator. They are not part of the charging system. If the LED's on the charger are working properly, you have no problem with the charger. Check the connections of the indicator.

There are lights on a panel right next to where i plug in the cord.
