I'm a die hard bass guy who's not too happy that winter is right around the corner. I recently moved to grand rapids and am looking to take advantage of the steelhead fishing. I know nothing about it. Let me know if you're in the area. 

I live about an hour south of you in Portage, but I don't know about Steelhead fishing at all. I would try some steelhead or salmon spawn. You can usually find it in a local tackle shop. Just put it on a egg hook, maybe add a sinker, and that may work.
