Good timing, as I’m looking for some lures better for fall fishing. 

2 to 3 inch white grubs 1/16 or 1/8 oz lead head very inexpensive fish like a spinnerbait especially good on riprap btw use light line 6 lb

I'm going to agree with the above as great advice. Though I might change up the grub color a couple of times.  Size and line size are my exact choices.

I was about to pop in and give suggestions, but you've got it pretty well covered! 

Anything Zoom, Big Bite, or Yum pretty much knocks it out in the budget category!

Nice list, use most of those myself, though I have found that a crankbait works a treat when conditions aren't right for a spinnerbait, and my jig box is 2nd in my tackle only to my terminal box, and I never, ever go fishing without both of them, no matter what time of the year it is lol.
