Re-assembling my Metanium and have a question on the star drag nut. How much do you tighten it down before putting the spring, washer, then star drag on? Just hand tighten until tight? Torque it down as far as possible?

I tightened it all the way down, but not forced with star drag. After that install handle, tightened the handle nut by hand until right. Use wrench just a bit of turn and align the nut cap screw hole.
After installed I check by loosen the drag all the way and line should be able to pull out with not a lot of resistance, with no play or loose on handle.

Engage the clutch and hold thumb bar down
